AllStar Fit Bootcamp
AllStar Fit Boot camp is a four week indoor and outdoor training program that offers fitness instructions, nutritional guidance and non-stop motivation training to help you reach your ultimate goals. Whether your goal are to lose weight, tone up or drop a couple of inches this program is for you. Our fitness professionals are all certified through NASM and highly passionate about helping people change their lives through health and fitness. Our promise to you is that you will leave with the results you came for and believing you can do and achieve anything if you put your mind to it!
What types of exercises are included in the boot camp program?
Light running /walking
Military fitness drills
Body weight resistance training
Plyometric (speed/strength training drills)
Ab and all-around core dynamic training
Cardio kick boxing
How often will we meet?
The AllStar Fit Boot camp is an indoor and outdoor fitness program. We welcome men and women of all ages –shape, size’s and fitness levels. Classes are prepaid in advance before the start of your first day .
All participants will meet every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for 45 minutes during the four week program. There will be three classes 6:00am and 6:00pm, all participants will be expected to arrive on time.
